The internet package was upgraded from 1 M to 12 M. (They haven’t installed the infrastructure for Prism in our area yet, so this is as fast as we can get for now.) The modem arrived about five hours after the tech stopped by the house and made the changes at the junction box.
I speed tested the connection before and after and it did indeed improve by about an order of magnitude. So, that’s good news. Back to doing a regular post tomorrow.
