As I predicted Tuesday morning, the Packer Nation flooding the NFL phone lines with complaints motivated the resumption of talks between the owners and the refs union. Actually, it seems like the negotiations were already motivated by twitter activity already on Monday night.
They scrambled to get a deal together. Now, there is tentative agreement, which was good enough for the NFL to lift the lockout. Real refs will be working the Thursday night game this evening. I suspect the refs will receive a welcome that will be newsworthy..
