Ok, so we all know that Kurt Warner took the Cardinals franchise into retirement with him, but this is a team that should be playing better than this. This is the same defense that beat the Minnesota Vikings last year. It’s also the defense that couldn’t stop a scoring drive since week 15 last season, and that hasn’t changed.
We all knew that quarterback was going to be a huge problem, but neither Derek Anderson or Max Hall can throw the ball from their back. The offensive line is leaky enough that I could get through to the quarterback. This season has been ugly in so many ways, but what we saw today, the 41-10 shellacking by the Chargers, is the real Cardinals team for 2010.
